We received the shower head first, and two weeks later we received the hoses. Also was suppose to receive extra minerals and we didn't.
There is nothing to add, it was an easy shopping experience, website is straightforward which is important to me. Thank you

Several issues had when I placed my order but was corrected quickly. Over charges was corrected and refunded to my account immediately. Good customer service.

I love this shower system. It's turned my shower into a spa. The water feels softer and the adjustable head is perfect. I love how high the shower sits. It opens up what was a congested area for me.
