As previously stated, I did not expect to have to buy the connectors separately

The lack of communication with this company was awful. The entire experience was awful after finally receiving my product 2 1/2 weeks late. I contacted them and asked them for a refund. My request was WITHIN the 60 days and I should've been provided a full refund on this product and they should've sent me a return label so I can send back the product, however, the entire time I've been communicating with whoever I'm speaking with they have been trying to barter with me, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to anybody and will make sure that I spread this information on social media unless they rectify the situation..
The product arrived and is poor quality.

i love the shower head , spray is awesome . i even notice that the shower has stayed cleaner .

I love this shower system. It's turned my shower into a spa. The water feels softer and the adjustable head is perfect. I love how high the shower sits. It opens up what was a congested area for me.

I don't have one marked Model 2. Where are refills for model 0? There aren't enough stones in each of the 4 packets.

Love having the choice of light and heavy spray. I feel cleaner and thank you for your product!

My Skin and hair are are the mend.

My shower head clogs up and sprays everywhere. It’s annoying, I haven’t noticed any difference with my skin or hair. The water pressure hast changed, but my showers are no longer enjoyable. I am clearing the shower head every couple minutes. I reattached my old shower head, I didn’t have an issue. Unfortunately, this is just another scam I was suckered into.
