Subscriptions, Automatic Payment, and Cancellation
If you enroll in a subscription plan offered by Showerenvy (e.g., for recurring shipments of consumables), the following terms apply:

The subscription is automatically billed at the stated frequency (e.g., every thirty (30) days) to the payment method you provided, until you cancel.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel your subscription twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled shipment going out in order to not receive your next scheduled order.

IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN A SHOWERENVY SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, EACH PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SHIPMENT AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED.

If your payment card fails to process for a subsequent shipment, you agree that Showerenvy may contact you for alternate payment information. If you fail to pay for any product or service received, your account may be sent for collection.
9. SHIPPING
Showerenvy ships to addresses located in the United States and Canada (update if applicable).

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information.

10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.
11. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND STANDARD RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Showerenvy may offer a Money-Back Guarantee on certain purchases within a specific timeframe (e.g., thirty (30) days) from the date you received your order for a full refund.

The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on products purchased directly from the official Showerenvy Website.

If you claim a refund and later repurchase the product, you may no longer be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.

If, notwithstanding the limitations of liability set forth above, Showerenvy is found liable under any theory, Showerenvy’s liability and your exclusive remedy will be limited to USD $500.00.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY; IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND SHOWERENVY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
You agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this arbitration provision, Showerenvy’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Sale, Showerenvy’s advertising or marketing practices, or Showerenvy’s products or services shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date that you purchased a product or service through the Website by sending a letter to:
