ShowerEnvy designs and sells filtered showerheads and replacement filters. Our current product line includes:
2.0 Handheld Showerhead
3-stage filtration system. Designed for easy handheld use. Includes one pre-installed filter with approximately 6 months / 10,000 gallons of capacity. Compatible with standard ½" shower connections. Available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, and Matte Black.

Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, features, specifications, and expected results. Photographs on our website represent the actual product, though colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Results disclaimer: Our products are designed to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and hard water minerals from your shower water. Individual results regarding hair, skin, and scalp improvements vary based on your water quality, hormonal health, usage patterns, and other factors. The testimonials and reviews on our website reflect real customer experiences, but we cannot guarantee identical results for every individual.
What we can promise: Our filters are NSF/ANSI certified to remove 90%+ of free chlorine. That's a laboratory-tested fact, not a marketing claim. What that improved water quality does for your specific hair and skin depends on your unique situation — which is why we offer generous guarantee windows so you can judge for yourself.
Ordering
How purchases work
Placing an order: When you place an order on showerenvy.com, you're making an offer to purchase our products. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item and send you a shipping confirmation.
Order accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address, product selection (2.0 Handheld vs. 5.0 Stationary), finish (Chrome, Brushed Nickel, or Matte Black), and contact information before completing your purchase. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we can usually fix it before shipment.
Order cancellation: You can cancel any order for free before it ships. Once shipped, the return policy applies (60 days for the 2.0 Handheld, 90 days for the 5.0 Stationary). Just email hello@showerenvy.com with your order number.
Availability: We do our best to keep everything in stock, but occasionally products may be temporarily unavailable. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you within 24 hours and give you the option to wait or receive a full refund.
Plain English: Order online, we confirm it, we ship it. If something goes wrong, we fix it fast. You can cancel before we ship at no cost, and our generous return policies give you plenty of time after that.
Pricing & Payment
No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch
Pricing: All prices on showerenvy.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include the product and standard packaging but do not include sales tax (where applicable) or shipping (unless your order qualifies for free shipping).
Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, once you've placed an order, the price you paid is the price you pay — we'll never charge you more retroactively. If we lower a price within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll refund the difference.
Payment authorization: By submitting payment information to ShowerEnvy, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are fully authorized to use the payment card or account provided; (ii) all payment information you provide is complete and accurate; (iii) you will be responsible for any fees assessed by your bank or card issuer in connection with your payment; and (iv) sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the amount(s) due. All charges are in US Dollars.
Payment methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. ShowerEnvy does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Payment disputes & chargebacks: If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge, we reserve the right to bill you directly or seek payment by alternative means, including a mailed statement. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge you in connection with payment processing. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at hello@showerenvy.com first — we resolve the vast majority of billing questions within 24 hours.
Sales tax: We collect sales tax where required by law. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Promotional codes: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to limit or void promotional codes that are being misused. Codes may have expiration dates and usage limits.
Plain English: The price you see is what you pay (plus tax where required). We use secure payment processing — we never see your full card number. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we'll sort it out fast. If we lower a price right after you bought, we'll refund the difference.
Shipping
Getting your order to your door
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Free shipping: All orders over $49 ship free within the contiguous United States. All subscription orders ship free regardless of amount. Orders under $49 incur a flat $5.95 shipping fee.
Delivery times: Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7–14 business days.
International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and other countries — sign up for our email list to be notified when we do.
Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Risk of loss & delivery confirmation: Once a package is delivered to the address you provided (as confirmed by carrier tracking), the risk of loss or theft transfers to you. Because many circumstances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) constitutes sufficient proof of delivery, even without a physical signature. If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. In most cases, we reship at no cost to you.
Plain English: We ship fast, we ship free on orders over $49 (and always free for subscribers), and we give you a tracking number. If your package gets lost, we'll help — we're not going to leave you stranded.
Warranty & Guarantees
Different products, different commitments
We stand behind every product we sell — but because our two products serve different needs and produce results on different timelines, their guarantee terms differ:
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 60 days of delivery. Used or unused — we accept both. Refund processed within 5–7 business days. Plus a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 90 days of delivery — the longest in the industry. Used or unused. Refund processed within 5–7 business days. Plus a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Why the 5.0 gets 90 days: The 5.0 Stationary's advanced 15-stage filtration produces cumulative benefits that build gradually over 8–12 weeks — especially for women experiencing hormonal hair and skin changes. We give you the full 90 days so you can experience the complete transformation.
Manufacturer's warranty details: Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing under normal household use. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, use with incompatible plumbing, or normal wear from mineral deposits. If your product develops a defect during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Replacement filters: Filters are consumable products and are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, if a filter arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost — just email us a photo. Unopened filters may be returned within 30 days.

Plain English: The 2.0 Handheld has a 60-day guarantee and 1-year warranty. The 5.0 Stationary has a 90-day guarantee and 2-year warranty. If something breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we fix or replace it free. Filters are consumable, but defective ones get replaced instantly.
Subscriptions, Automatic Payment & Cancellation
Complete transparency on recurring billing
Enrollment: When you purchase a product on showerenvy.com, you may have the option of making a one-time purchase or enrolling in ShowerEnvy's subscription plan for automatic filter replacements. Subscription enrollment is always optional — it is never required to complete a purchase and is never pre-selected at checkout.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY ENROLLING IN THE SHOWERENVY SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND PROVIDING A VALID CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE SHOWERENVY TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON A RECURRING BASIS AT YOUR CHOSEN BILLING INTERVAL (EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR STANDARD SUBSCRIPTIONS, OR ANNUALLY FOR ANNUAL PREPAY PLANS) UNTIL YOU CANCEL. EACH RECURRING CHARGE WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION 7 DAYS BEFORE EACH RECURRING CHARGE IS PROCESSED.
Billing intervals & amounts:

Standard subscription: $38 charged every 6 months (15% off the $45 one-time price). Annual prepay: $68 charged once per year for 2 filters (25% savings).

7-day advance notification: We will always email you at the address on file at least 7 days before processing any recurring charge. This email will include the amount to be charged, the date of the upcoming charge, and clear instructions on how to skip, pause, or cancel before the charge is processed.
Automatic payment method updates: We and our third-party payment service providers (Stripe) may request and receive updated credit or debit card information from your card issuer (such as updated card numbers or expiration dates) when your card has been reissued, expired, or otherwise changed. If updated information is provided by your card issuer, we will update your account accordingly and your next recurring charge will be billed to the updated payment information. Your card issuer may offer you the right to opt out of this automatic update service — contact your card issuer directly if you wish to opt out.
Failed payments: If your payment method fails to process for a scheduled subscription shipment, you agree that ShowerEnvy may contact you at any email address or phone number you have provided in order to request alternate payment information. Your subscription will be paused (not cancelled) until the payment issue is resolved. If we are unable to collect payment after 30 days, your subscription may be cancelled. We will not send your account to collections for failed subscription payments — we'll simply pause or cancel the subscription.
Cancellation — multiple easy methods: You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no penalty. To cancel, use any of the following methods:

- Online: Log into your customer account at showerenvy.com and cancel through your subscription dashboard
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date (shown in your account dashboard and in the 7-day reminder email). Cancellations received after a charge has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. If you cancel after a charge but before the item ships, we will issue a full refund for that charge.
Skip or pause: You can skip your next scheduled shipment or pause your subscription for up to 6 months through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Pausing retains your subscriber pricing. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel.
Subscription pricing & changes: Your subscriber discount rate is locked in at the price displayed at the time you enrolled. We will not increase your subscription price without providing at least 30 days' written notice via email and giving you the option to cancel at your current rate before the increase takes effect. Price increases will never apply retroactively to charges already processed.
Annual prepay refunds: If you enrolled in the Annual Prepay plan and wish to cancel before all filters have shipped, we will refund you on a prorated basis for any unshipped filters. For example, if you've received 1 of 2 filters, you will receive a 50% refund of your annual payment.
No automatic re-enrollment: If you cancel your subscription, it stays cancelled. We will never re-enroll you in a subscription without your explicit, affirmative consent. You may re-subscribe at any time through the website if you choose.
Plain English: You're in control. Subscribing means we auto-charge your card on a schedule — but we always warn you 7 days before every charge, you can cancel anytime through email, phone, or your account, there are zero cancellation fees, and we never sneak a charge through. If your card is updated by your bank, we may use the new info — opt out through your card issuer if you prefer.

When using our website, you agree to:
- Use the site for lawful purposes only
- Provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account
- Keep your account credentials secure (if you create an account)
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the site's operation
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the site without our permission
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, though we'll always try to resolve issues through communication first.
Account responsibility: If you create an account, you're responsible for all activity under that account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Reviews & User Content
Your honest voice matters to us

Review integrity: We never edit the substance of a review. We may moderate for profanity, personal information (like full names of non-public individuals), or content that is clearly spam or unrelated to our products.
Photos in reviews: If you submit before-and-after photos with your review, you confirm that you have the right to share those images and that they accurately represent your experience.
Removing your review: You can request removal of your review at any time by emailing us.

Resale outside of authorized channels may result in the product becoming materially different (e.g., expired filters, damaged seals, missing components), which may affect safety, performance, and our ability to honor warranties or guarantees.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

This limitation applies to all claims regardless of whether ShowerEnvy was aware of or advised in advance of the possibility of damages.
Consumer protection carve-outs: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification
Your responsibility for your actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShowerEnvy Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms or any representations you've made
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Your misuse of our products in a manner inconsistent with their intended residential purpose
- Any content you submit to ShowerEnvy (reviews, photos, messages) that infringes on third-party rights

Electronic Communications
How we communicate with you
By placing an order or creating an account on showerenvy.com, you consent to receive electronic communications from ShowerEnvy. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically — via email, website notifications, or your customer portal — satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Electronic communications from ShowerEnvy may include:
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Subscription billing reminders (7 days before each charge)
- Account updates and security notifications
- Changes to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Refund Policy
- Marketing emails (only if you opted in — with one-click unsubscribe)
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription reminders) cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or subscription — these are necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.
Plain English: We'll communicate with you by email. Those emails count as official notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails but not from order confirmations or subscription reminders — you need those.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Let's talk before we lawyer up
Step 1 — Talk to us first (mandatory): Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact ShowerEnvy at hello@showerenvy.com or +1 (833) 924-0099 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly with our customers — quickly, fairly, and without any formal proceedings.
Step 2 — Binding arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, ShowerEnvy's Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, advertising or marketing practices, or ShowerEnvy's products or services shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
⚠️ ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS YOU OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED BELOW OR THE DISPUTE QUALIFIES FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Arbitration details: This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16. The arbitrator shall follow applicable substantive law of the State of Wyoming and shall be authorized to award all remedies available in an individual lawsuit, including compensatory, statutory, and punitive damages, declaratory and injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees and costs where available under applicable law. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine whether a dispute is arbitrable. The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and ShowerEnvy and may not consolidate claims without ShowerEnvy's consent.
Class action waiver: Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You agree that you will not bring, join, or participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action, proceeding, or hearing. If a court or arbitrator decides that any part of this class action waiver cannot be enforced as to a particular claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) must be brought in court, and all other claims must be arbitrated.

Your letter must include your full name, the product you purchased, your order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other aspect of these Terms or your relationship with ShowerEnvy.
Small claims exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Laramie County, Wyoming, if the dispute qualifies under the court's jurisdictional limits.
Intellectual property exception: ShowerEnvy retains the right to bring a claim in state or federal courts of Wyoming for injunctive or equitable relief arising from any potential or actual misappropriation or infringement of ShowerEnvy's intellectual property rights.
Plain English: If there's a problem, email or call us first — we'll almost always solve it directly. If not, disputes go to arbitration (a private process) instead of court. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by mailing us a letter. You can always use small claims court regardless. We can't be part of a class action — disputes are handled individually.

Where these terms are enforceable
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShowerEnvy Technologies LLC regarding use of our website and purchase of our products. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
No Waiver, Severability & Assignment
Standard but important legal provisions
No waiver: If ShowerEnvy does not enforce any right or provision in these Terms at any time, that does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any term is only effective if in writing and signed by ShowerEnvy.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so will be void. ShowerEnvy may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In such event, your rights under these Terms will be preserved.
Termination & survival: ShowerEnvy may terminate your access to the Website or services at any time if you violate these Terms, though we will always attempt to resolve issues through communication first. Upon termination, the sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law shall survive.
